During my Christmas stay, I had a fantastic time at a budget accommodation near the beach. The location was perfect, just a short 2-minute walk to the beach. I loved being able to easily access the beach and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Additionally, the hostel had a great vibe and the staff were very friendly. They went out of their way to ensure that all my requests were accommodated. I also enjoyed the delicious food available at the hostel, it was a perfect combination of tasty and affordable.

There were a couple of drawbacks to consider. The bed and pillow were not very comfortable, which made it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep.

Chilled beachfront location with helpful hosts. Good rooms, cool washrooms, and tasty breakfast. Easy access to explore nearby areas. Beautiful garden with cozy seating.

The room at Lala's Place was cozy and comfortable, just what I needed after a long day exploring Galle. The double room had a private entrance and a balcony, allowing me to enjoy the fresh air and take in the beautiful surroundings. Being able to connect to the free WiFi was a huge plus for me as I like to stay connected.

Personally, I would have preferred a room with air conditioning instead of just a mosquito net and fan. But hey, I understand that some people might enjoy the natural breeze and don't mind the mosquitoes.

The vibe was off the hook, with awesome people and insane parties. The beach was just a skip away - perfect for catching waves and chillin' in the sun. The rooms were cozy and had everything we needed, and Lala himself was the ultimate party host, always ready to make sure we were having a blast! It was like living in the ultimate party pad!

The only thing we wished for was more late-night activities. We were raring to go and looking to keep the party spirit alive, but things toned down a bit too early for our liking.
